Tasting notes:
Deep black robe with purple hues, impressive aromatic intensity, notes of black fruits, blackcurrent and spices. Full-bodied wine on the palate, concentrated tannins well-coated by the fruit. Generous finish, long and silky. It will perfectly fine Mediterranean tapas, white and red meat, aged cheese and chocolate.
Tasting notes:
Deep red color with violet hues. The nose is a bouquet of black fruits (black currants, blackberries) and spices .
Accompanied by a touch of licorice. On the palate, the tannins are supple, the wine is greedy and elegant. The Languedoc balance, complexity and typicality of the wines result from the adaptation of the varietal to the terroir and from the know-how of the winemaker.
