Taste: the palate is medium to full with a rounded texture, a well-balanced freshness underneath with a rather long and broad spicy finish.

Tasting notes:
Intense red colour with purple highlights. Typical notes of red fruits, almost in spirits, and sweet jam in its bouquet. Sipping it, it comes first a scent of cherry, followed by ripe fruits and plums’ notes. In the aftertaste a pleasant final of vanilla. Very good persistence and good body.
Suitable for elaborate dishes with savoury sauces. Excellent also with meat, game in general, pork, lamb and seasoned cheeses.

Garnacha Tintorera is known for its deep color and here it coats the glass and imparts aromas of brooding black fruits, licorice, expresso and pepper. Dense, savory and rich.

Its pleasing nose reveals notes of underbrush, mineral, and blueberry leading to a savory, spicy, nicely balanced medium-bodied wine. Drink it over the next 2-3 years.
