Tasting notes:
Its pleasing nose reveals notes of underbrush, mineral, and blueberry leading to a savory, spicy, nicely balanced medium-bodied wine. Drink it over the next 2-3 years.
Rices, pasta, vegetables, mushroom, stewed meat, sausage, pork, roast meat, red and/or white meat with sauces, grilled meat, short or medium cured cheeses.
Tasting notes:
Deep red color with violet hues. The nose is a bouquet of black fruits (black currants, blackberries) and spices .
Accompanied by a touch of licorice. On the palate, the tannins are supple, the wine is greedy and elegant. The Languedoc balance, complexity and typicality of the wines result from the adaptation of the varietal to the terroir and from the know-how of the winemaker.
